When will I receive my order?

3-5 days after your order has been placed.

How do I track my order?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an email notification with a track and trace code.

What should I do if my order has been damaged in transit?

Even tough we do our best to pack the Tajines well, it can happen that your package still gets damaged in transit. If so, please reach out to us! We will than contact you to either refund your money or send you a new Tajine if they are on stock.

Products and care

Is it safe to use my Tajine in the oven, on gas and/or electric stove?

Yes! The Tajines are Gas and electric; Oven-proof.

If you are using the oven, do not put the Tajine in with the lid on.

How do I take care of my Tajine?

All our Tajines are from very high quality clay to make sure they easily withstand everyday use.
There are a few tips and tricks to even take better care of the Tajine.
* Wash your Tajine with water only after each use
* Do not put your Tajine in the dishwasher
* For more flavor season your Tajine with olive oil before cooking
* Always cook on low heat

What do I need to know about the products?

All our Tajines are handmade! That makes each piece unique, and slightly different from each other.

We believe that the slight differences in weight, size or glaze finish actually build character and beauty. It emphasizes the difference between handmade and industrial factory-made products.
